AlooBhaji recipe


·         MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet

·         Potatoes: 500 grams

·         Oil: 2 tablespoons

·         Jeera: 1 teaspoon

·         Asafoetida Powder (Hing): ¼ teaspoon

·         Curry Leaves: 8 – 10

·         Green Chillies: 2

·         Ginger: 1 tablespoon

·         Turmeric Powder: ½ teaspoon

·         Salt: According to Taste

·         Peanuts: 2 tablespoons

·         Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon

·         Coriander Leaves: 2 tablespoons


ü  Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, ginger, and green chillies.

ü  Fry them for 3 minutes.

ü  Add potatoes, MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix and sauté them well for 3 minutes.

ü  Add lemon juice and roasted peanuts. Cook them for 2 minutes.

ü  Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Baingan Bharta recipe


·         Baingan(Brinjal): 2 big

·         Oil: 2 tablespoon

·         Onion: 1

·         Ginger: 1 inch

·         Garlic: 4 cloves

·         Tomatoes: 2

·         Green Chillies: 2

·         Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon

·         Salt: According to taste

·         Coriander Leaves: 2 tablespoons


ü  Roast the Brinjal and remove the burnt skin afterwards. Then mash it well.

ü  Ina heated pan, fry onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes till they become soft and golden brown.

ü  Add red chilli powder, green chillies, mashed brinjal and salt. Sauté them and blend all together.

ü  Serve with coriander leaves.

BhindiSabzi Recipe


ü  MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet

ü  Bhindi (Lady Fingers): 500 grams

ü  Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon

ü  Green Chillies: 2

ü  Onion: 2 medium

ü  Salt: According to taste

ü  Oil: 1 tablespoon

ü  Amchur (Dry Mango Powder): 1 teaspoon


ü  Cut the ladyfingers into one-inch pieces.

ü  In a heated pan, add cumin seeds, onions, green chillies and sauté well.

ü  Next, add the ladyfingers, dry mango powder, and salt. Cook them on low flame.

ü  Sprinkle MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic before serving.

AlooGobhi Recipe


·         MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet

·         Oil: 2 tablespoons

·         Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon

·         Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon

·         Red Chilli Powder: ½ teaspoon

·         Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon

·         Potato: 350 grams

·         Cauliflower: 250 grams

·         Salt: According to Taste

·         Coriander Leaves: 3 tablespoons


ü  Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.

ü  Next, add cauliflower, potatoes, and salt. Cook well.

ü  Now add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and sauté for 3 minutes.

ü  Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
