Method
ü Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera seeds, curry
leaves, asafoetida, ginger, and green chillies.

Fry them for 3
minutes.

Add potatoes,

minutes.

Method
ü Roast the Brinjal and remove the burnt skin
afterwards. Then mash it well.

fry onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes till they become soft and golden
brown.

powder, green chillies, mashed brinjal and salt. Sauté them and blend all
together.
